How We Work
Our 3-Step Financial Planning Process
- Initial meeting: Arrange a personal one hour, no obligation consultation with one of our advisors. This fact-finding interview will give us an insight into your current financial situation and future goals.
- Financial Analysis: After the initial consultation, your advisor will analyze all of your personal financial details. We will arrange a second meeting to present you with a plan and recommendations to ensure your target lifestyle and goals can be reached, within your desired timeframe.
- Implementing the Plan: We believe knowledge is power. We do not intend to make financial decisions for you; we will provide you with concrete information and ideas, so that you can make informed decisions for you and your family with us. You will have a solid understanding of the steps required to reach your goals. Once the plan is initiated, we can use it as a benchmark for monitoring the progress as we move forward.
Throughout your working relationship with your advisor, they will review any existing employee benefits and/or any personal insurance policies you may have. Your advisor will be looking for any gaps in your coverage, opportunities to lower your insurance costs and potentially improve your coverages.
We keep in touch with our clients on a regular basis. We initiate appointments, (either at our office or by phone) to review your plans and portfolios. We need to know if there are changes in your life that could impact your financial situation, and make adjustments to your plans accordingly. Marriage, divorce, loss of job, new job, new home or new child – all these and other life events could impact your financial plan. Our goal is to work continuously with you to build and expand your assets for the long term and be there for you and your family every step of the way.
